Trattoria Al Braciere

The Trattoria "Al Braciere" offers to the guests, a traditional Venetian kitchen with careful selected ingredients. The menu contains tasty "antipasti", pasta dishes, up to grill meat, game, cheese degustation with honey and mustard sauces. The forte of "Al Braciere" is the grill where different home meat, like cattle by Piedmont, are offered.

The restaurant disposes of a nice dining room, a hall which can be booked for private events and during summer time, it offers the possibility to eat outdoors.

The Manfrè family

In 1969 Vittorio and Graziella got married. Soon Vittorio noted Graziellas passion for cooking. After the birth of her children Damiano, Romina and Massimiliano, they took over the pub "Scimmia D'Oro", in the centre from Eraclea, and impress their guests with delicious traditional Venetian food. - Till 1992 the pub was led by family Manfrè successfully.
The youngest son Lorenzo was born - One day, while Vittorio was driving along the street, in direction Eraclea mare he spotted a rustic style farm house and fell in love.
It took the Manfrè family two years to restore the farm house and transform it in the "Trattoria Al Braciere".
The guests got surprised by Graziellas excellent and traditional food like bean stew with noodles, game or the stock fish pasty.
Currently the son Massimiliano leads the kitchen. He is successfully in joining the traditional venetian cuisine from his mother with his modern innovative cuisine. In the menu you can find beef tartar, different kind of meat, cheese and raw ham degustations, and much more.
Damiano, Romina and Lorenzo will receive you in the dining room and suggest you regarding the menu and suitable wines.
The story of "Al Braciere" starts with the dream of Vittorio of an own restaurant and the passion in cooking from Graziella. Still today Vittorio and Graziella support their children in leading the restaurant.
